21. DMD, DMD Board, CLGA & DMD heatsink elements

Note: Plastic insulation lm is applied to the DMD backer plate. Film must be facing the DMD board.
21.4 CLGA&DMD
1. Carefully remove the CLG A interface including the DM D.
2. Avoid getting ngerprints on the DMD front glass and surface or rear connec tion points.

21.5 R e-assembly after PCB DM D or DMD/CLGA repair
1. lean the surface of the Peltier elem ent and heatsink S tud. U se plastic car d or s imilar to rem ove old phase c hange m aterial, clean
with Brake and clutch cleaner (Isopropanol may be used but is not equally effective).
2. Add the phase change material onto the Peltier elem ent and stud before ass embling the heatsink assem blies together.
