This doc ument is intended to describe fault resolution, low frequency maintenance and parts replacem ent procedures for the Barco

1.4 Required H andtools
Required Handtools
The following tools are needed for servicing the unit:
• Screwdriver,s, Torx6, 8, 10, 20.
• Allen K ey, Size 1.5, 2, 3, 5m m
• Scalpel
• Screwdriver, Flat head 4m m
• Ionized pressurized air for cleaning optical components
• Adjustable thermal heater for releasing Cooling s ystem.
• Suitable cleaner for therm al transfer c ompoun d, (Brake / clutch cleaner). Isopropanol can be used, but are not as powerful as
brake c leaner.
Unless otherwise indicated in the procedure, screw torque to be applied is 0.3 Nm .
