17.4.3 Log files
Creating and downloading log files with PToolset
A diagnostic pac kage can be created with the Projector Toolset, the software tool t o set up, manage and control Barco projectors.
The program and all necessa ry plug-ins, as well as the Reference manual can be downloaded from m
y.barco.com. Please refer to
the chapter dedicated to the download of the Projec tor Toolset in the Installation manu al.
Start up the software, go to the service module, then use buttons extract dedicated log file.

Buttons allow to provide dedicated log files:
• Standard log functionality (Log 01):
The standard log functionality is the log file that should be attached the service ticket, when a problem is reported.
The s tandard download target folder, is the folder that’s pr e-selected in the s creenshot here below.
It contains the system logs, and the service log (also called “notifications log”).
Note: W indows 10 won’t allow the download in this direc tory, so you can choose the directory when pressing on the right button.
