21.6 GP6 Heatsink DMD Front & Rear Assemblies
The DMD Peltier cooling system is split in two as semb lies each available for service:
• R8761769 GP6 Heatsink DMD FRONT A SS
• R8761770 GP6 Heatsink DM D REAR ASS

When Heatsink front an d rear assy is separate d during service, Peltier elemen t w ill m ost probably follow the
Heatsink Rear assy.
Dependent of level of repair, the Peltier elem ent may have to be released and moved. This critical o peration
is described below.
21.7 GP6 Heatsink DMD Front assembly
The Heatsink DM D Front Assy from Barco has the Peltier element already mounted.
If the Peltier e lement is pla
ced on Heatsink DMD REAR ASSY, it must be removed following below instructions, and recycled.
