17. Troubleshooting
Code E4000700: “Radiator Fan 4 speed too low” (Error)
Situation Solution
Blocked fan Remov e the fan from the radiator assembly and verify if the f an is not blocked. .
Wiring issue Check the connection towards the thermal hub board. If problem persists, replace the
fan.
Fan end of life. Replace the fan.
Code E4000900: “Peltier Element temperature too low”
Situation Solution
Peltier element cooling red laser part
not functioning
Check the wiring towards the thermal h ub.
Code E7000001: “DMD temperature exceeded” (Error)
Situation Solution
DMD temperature ex ceeded due to
DMD cooling system m alfunction.
• Check if the cooling circuit of the Light Processor is connected with the pump and
heat exchanger.
• Check if th e 4 screws t hat hold the cold plate to the back of the DMD boa rd, are
tightened.
Code E8000001: “Colorwheel temperature exceeded” (Error)
Situation Solution
ColorWheel temperature ex ceeded. Check if the cooling c ircuit of the Light source is connected with the pump an
d heat
exchanger.
Code E9000000: “PSU mainpower low limit reached” (Error)
Situation Solution
Internal Pow er Supply not functioning
well due to incoming mains voltage
too low .
Check if the pow er cord correctly plug into the power input socket of the projec tor and if it
is correctly plug into a grounded AC outlet.
Code E9000001: “ PSU mainpower exceeded” (Error)
Situation Solution
Internal Pow er Supply not functioning
well due to incoming mains voltage
too high .
Check if the pow er cord correctly plug into the power input socket of the projec tor and if it
is correctly plug into a grounded AC outlet.
Code E9000100: “PSU Mainboard 12V low limit reached” (Error)
Situation Solution
Potential malfunction of the PSU:
Main 12V Minimal voltage not
available.
Replace the PSU.
Code E9000101: “PSU Mainboard 12V e xceeded” (Error)
Situation Solution
Potential malfunction of the PSU:
Main 12V v oltage exceeded.
Replace the PSU..
Code E9000200: “PSU Standby 12V lower limit reached” (Error)
Situation Solution
