Address book
Saving address book entry to
SIM card
You can save an address book entry with
a phone number to the SIM card.
! Search for the address book entry that
you wish to save to the SIM card.
! Select the Edit entry.
! Select the Save on SIM card entry.
If more than one phone number is saved
for the selected address book entry, a se-
lection menu appears in which you can
select the required number.
You will receive a short message regard-
ing the name under which the address
book entry is to be saved on the SIM
card.
Importing SIM card entries
You can import a SIM card entry and
save it as an address book entry.
! Find the SIM card entry that you wish
to save as an address book entry.
! Select the Edit entry.
! Select the Import from SIM card entry.
! Choose whether the number is to be
stored under the mobile number, the
business number or the private
number.
! The input menu for the surname ap-
pears. The name of the SIM card entry
has already been entered.
! Change the name if you wish.
! Select the symbol from the in-
put menu.
The input menu for the first name ap-
pears.
! Enter the desired first name.
! Select the symbol from the in-
put menu.
The new address book entry has now
been created.
