POWERHEAD
CYLINDER/CRANKCASE/PISTON ASSEMBLY
Remove six crankcase flange screws and four
main bearing screws. Remove crankcase from
cylinder block.

Remove all connecting rod screws and caps.
IMPORTANT: Mark cylinder number on all caps
for proper
reassembly.

Remove crankshaft. Remove oil seals from crank-
shaft.

2. Crankshaft seals
Push piston and connecting rod out through the
top of
cylinder bore.
IMPORTANT: Mark cylinder number on all con-
necting rods and pistons for proper
reassembly.
