BRP 2995 Johnson - Fuel Pump; Removal; Disassembly

FUEL PUMP
Removal
Disconnect the inlet hose and outlet hose from
fuel pump.
Remove two screws.

4. Fuel pump
Remove the fuel pump and o-ring.
IMPORTANT: Do not re-use o-ring . Always use
a new o-ring.

Disassembly

FUEL PUMP
Remove six screws, outer plate, gasket, and valve
body .

3. Valve body
Turn piston until the pin comes out through cut-
away of pump body.
