Assembly
is
reverse order of disassembly with
special attention to the following steps:
Install stopper spring.

Install NSI set and NSI cable.
Apply
Triple-Guard grease to the cable.

Rewind spring using Starter Spring Winder,
PIN 392093, insert (4) hose sections as shown to
space
coiled spring away from sides of starter
winder base. Remove winder base from winder
assembly. Locate winder base over the spring
pocket
in
the recoil case. Carefully transfer the
recoil spring from the base to the case.

Secure the outer end of recoil spring
in
groove
in
recoil case.

Because of the coiled tension
in
the recoil
spring, wear safety
glasses and hand pro-
tection when winding or unwinding this
component.
Install the ratchet set.
