Assembly Apply Nut Lock to upper mount screw threads.
Assembly
is
reverse order of disassembly with Tighten upper mount screws 198
in.
Ibs. (23 N·m).
special
attention to the following steps:
Apply Triple-Guard grease to the outer surface of
the water tube upper grommet.
Install grommet
in
oil pan.

Install lower mount with "UP" mark facing upward.
Apply Nut Lock to lower mount screw threads.
Tighten
lower mount screws 198
in.
Ibs. (23 N·m).

Install two dowel pins
in
driveshaft housing.
Apply Gasket Sealing Compound to mating sur-
faces of driveshaft housing and
oil pan.

2. Apply Gasket Sealing Compound
Install the oil pan
on
the driveshaft housing and
tighten six screws 198
in.
Ibs.
(23 N·m).
