Setting Up LDP Neighbors
Perform this task to set up LDP neighbors.
Before You Begin
Stable router ID is required at either end of the link to ensure the link discovery (and session setup) is successful.
If you do not assign a router ID to the routers, the system will default to the global router ID. Default router
IDs are subject to change and may cause an unstable discovery.
SUMMARY STEPS

configure

mpls ldp

interface type interface-path-id
4.
address-family {ipv4 }
5.
discovery transport-address [ ip-address | interface ]
6.
exit

holdtime seconds
8.
[vrf vrf-name] neighbor ldp-id password [ encrypted ] password
9.
backoff initial maximum
10.
Use the commit or end command.

(Optional) show mpls ldp neighbor
12.
(Optional) show mpls ldp vrf vrf-name neighbor
13.
(Optional) show mpls ldp vrf all neighbor brief
14.
(Optional) clear mpls ldp neighbor
15.
(Optional) clear mpls ldp vrf all neighbor
16.
(Optional) clear mpls ldp vrf vrf-name neighbor
