Thevalidrangeis1‐256characters.
AnexampleofaDNShostnameis:
snmptraps.foo.com. SinceSNMPtrapsaresent
randomlyfromtheSNMPagent,itmakessensetospecifywhereex actlythetraps
shouldbesent.YoucanadduptoamaximumofthreeDNShostnames.Ensureyou
selecttheEnabledcheckboxbesidetheappropriatehostname.
Note:AfteryouconfiguretheSNMPsettings,youmustclickApplytoapplythechangesandtosave
thesettings.ChangingsomesettingsmightcausetheAPtostopandrestartsystemprocesses.Ifthis
happens,wirelessclientswilltemporarilyloseconnectivity.WerecommendthatyouchangeAP
