• do not weld the reader into position which can cause electrostatic, heat or reading
window damage.
• do not spray paint near the reader which can cause reading window damage.
CAUTION
Products using liquid lens technology are sensitive to UV light and will be damaged if
exposed to UV illumination. Avoid exposing the product to UV light or direct sunlight. If it is
not possible to remove UV light sources, the use of anti-UV receiving filter is mandatory to
minimize the probability of damage.
