2 Remove the jammed paper.
Note • If the paper is torn, make sure no piece of
paper remains inside the machine.
3 Gently push Tray 6 to its original position.
Paper Jams in Tray 6 Top Cover
1 Grasp the handle on the top left side of Tray
6 and slowly pull out the tray to the left until it
stops.
2 Open the top cover of Tray 6.
3 Remove the jammed paper.
Note • If the paper is torn, make sure no piece of
paper remains inside the machine.
4 Close the top cover of Tray 6.
5 Gently push Tray 6 to its original position.
Paper Jams in Tray 6 (A4 High Capacity Feeder)
1 Pull out Tray 6 towards you until it stops.
CAUTION
Be sure to pull out the paper try slowly. If
pulled out with too much force, the tray
may hit and injure your knees or other
parts of your body.
