Paper Jams at Unit 4 and Knob 4a
1 Make sure that the machine is not operating,
and open the right cover of the finisher.
2 Pull out unit 4.
3 Turn knob 4a counterclockwise to remove
the jammed paper from the left side of unit 4.
Note • If the paper is torn, make sure no piece of
paper remains inside the machine.
4 Return unit 4 to its original position.
5 Close the finisher right cover.
Note • A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the right cover of the finisher
is even slightly open.
