Paper Jams at the Output Tray
1 Remove the jammed paper from the output
tray.
Note • If the paper is torn, make sure no piece of
paper remains inside the machine.
2 Open and close the right cover of the finisher.
Note • A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the right cover of the finisher
is even slightly open.
Paper Jams at the Finisher Tray
1 Remove the jammed paper from the finisher
tray.
Note • If the paper is torn, make sure no piece of
paper remains inside the machine.
2 Open and close the right cover of the finisher.
Note • A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the right cover of the finisher
is even slightly open.
Paper Jams at the Booklet Output Tray
1 Make sure that the machine is not operating,
and open the right cover of the finisher.
2 Turn knob 4a clockwise to remove the
jammed paper at the booklet output tray.
Note • If the paper is torn, make sure no piece of
paper remains inside the machine.
3 Close the finisher right cover.
Note • A message will be displayed and the
machine will not operate if the right cover
of the finisher is even slightly open.
