3 Return lever 1d to its original position.
4 Close the finisher left cover.
Note • A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the left cover of the finisher
is even slightly open.
Paper Jams at Lever 1b
1 Make sure that the machine is not operating,
and open the left cover of the finisher.
2 Pull lever 1b to the right and remove the
jammed paper.
Note • If the paper is torn, make sure no piece of
paper remains inside the machine.
3 Return lever 1b to its original position.
4 Close the finisher left cover.
