Option 13: Interlocking doors.
By the option bit 13 the interlocking functions can be enabled/disabled. When option bit 13 is
set to "1" the interlocking functions are enabled as described in chapter 1.12.
When option bit 13 is set to "0" the interlocking functions will be disabled, but the

function as described below can then be used.
Option 14: Exit without using an exit push button.
Option bit 14 = 1: No door forced alarms can be created from this reader. When the option bit is
1 the door handle can be used when going out of the door (no exit push button needed). If the
door is held too long time open an door held alarm will still be created.
Option bit 14 = 0: Door forced alarms will be created if the door is opened without reading a
card or using the exit push button.
Option 15: Real time printing using printer on main bus.
This option bit is only available on 95T reader types.
Option bit 15 = 1: The reader will use a printer on the main bus (bus 00) to print out events and
alarms (real time). NB: It is not possible to print out the programming on a printer on another
bus. Use this feature together with the log filters to minimize the amount of events printed out.
Option bit 15 = 0: The reader will use a printer on the local bus to print out events and alarms
(real time). This printer can also be used to print out the programming.
