Versions with HSK locking system
There is another electrospindle status in which the tool-holder cone is coupled, but not completely
flush with the surface of the HSK coupling system.
This situation is indicated by the output:

There is another electrospindle status in which the piston has not retracted completely during
rotation. This situation is indicated by the output:

“Tool holder cone not correctly locked”.
This condition is dangerous:
if it is detected, stop the rotation or the tool change procedure,
inspect the machine and remove the cause preventing the
HSK tool holder from coupling correctly.

“Piston not completely retracted” at the same time as “Shaft
turning” (“MOVING”).
This status will damage the product, because the piston comes
into contact with the rotating shaft. If it is detected, stop the
rotation, inspect the machine and remove whatever is
preventing the piston from retracting completely.
