About this task
LTO drives do not require cartridges to have bar code labels. Specific library types or models might
require cartridges to have bar code labels (see Table 20 on page 111). You can order these labels separately
from the IBM Data Cartridges and Cleaning Cartridges.
You can order bar code labels directly from the authorized label suppliers in the following table.
