Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs)
The TS2900 Tape Autoloader has customer replaceable units (CRUs) that must be added, removed, and
replaced by the customer. If you choose to have the CRU added, removed, or replaced by an IBM Service
Representative, there is a charge for the service.
Note: There are two CRU Part Numbers for the S4H Generation 4 Tape Drive Library Chassis. Refer to
the Serial Number on the S4H library that is being replaced. Use this Serial Number to determine which
S4H CRU Part Number is the correct CRU.
