Indicates that frequency offset limit was exceeded for input 13.
0 = no change
1 = live status changed

Indicates that no activity was detected for input 13.
0 = no change
1 = live status changed
IN13_LOS_STICKY[4] R/O 0 LOS sticky bit.
Indicates that loss of signal was detected for input 13.
