To enable route flap damping, select the check box.
To disable route flap damping do not select the check box.
Specifies whether route flap damping is
enabled or not.

To enable advertising inactive routes, select the check box.
To disable advertising inactive routes, do not select the check
box.
Specifies whether BGP advertises the best
route even if the routing table did not select
it to be an active route.
