CAUTION
Do not press the engine start/stop
button for more than 10 seconds ex‐
cept when the stop lamp fuse is
blown.
Stopping the gasoline engine / diesel
engine (Manual Transaxle)
• Make sure the vehicle is completely
stopped and keep the clutch pedal
and brake pedal depressed.
• Shift the transaxle into Neutral while
depressing the clutch pedal and brake
pedal.
• Engage the parking brake while de‐
pressing the brake pedal.
• Turn the ignition key to the LOCK po‐
sition and remove it.
