Remove the oil seal.
Remove the bearing lock nut by using
special tool.
Special tool:
Bearing lock nut wrench A120F00020
Install the special tool onto the pinion gear
shaft and gear case.
Special tool:
Pinion puller set A120F00021
Pull the pinion assembly out from the case.
Oil Seal
Ɣ If there is no abnormal condition, the
oil seal removal is not necessary
Ɣ The removed oil seal must be replaced
with a new one.
