Install the reel.
Hook the rope onto the hook part of the reel,
then pass the rope through the recoil starter
housing, handle and collar.
Make a knot above the collar.
Hook the rope onto the hook part of the reel,
turn the reel counterclockwise three or four
times with the rope.
