Entering the DVR Unit Name

ou will be using this keyboard to spell out the unit’s name and/or number. Begin by
deleting the old unit name, as described in steps 7 and 8.

ress to highlight the  icon.
8 P
ress several times until the existing unit name is deleted.
9 Using the following navigation buttons, highlight the first letter or number of the unit
you wish to enter.
....... Up
....... Down
....... Right
....... Left
10 Press . The selected character displays at the top of the screen.
11 Repeat steps 9 and 10 until the unit name is spelled out at the top of your screen.

f you need to add or delete a character, use the following buttons:
 ............Move forward one character
 ............Move back one character
 ............Delete previous character

o insert a space, use the icon.

nce the correct unit name displays, press three times to save your changes and
exit this option.
