Adjusting Video Quality and File Size
There is always a tradeoff between file size and quality. The sharper and clearer a
video is, the bigger its file size. If you are experiencing problems with bandwidth
speed and/or storage space, you may want to experiment with the video quality,
frames-per-second, and resolution settings to see if you can reduce your file sizes
somewhat without sacrificing too much quality.
