6. Remove the fourteen screws (B) securing the RIP board to the RIP cage.

Crossbar removal (not a FRU)

1. Remove the RIP cage.

2. Remove the five screws (A) securing the cross bar to the rear EMI shield and the vertical scanner

supports.
