8-1-2. Line Hole Function
Equidistant holes can be opened along a designated straight line. This function is available for 2-axis and
3-axis models only.
Parameter input
1 Press the key so that LINE flashes, and then press the key (LINE lights up).
2 Enter the angle , and press the key. Input range: 0.00 to 359.99 degrees
3 Enter the number of holes , and then press the key. Input range: 2 to 360 holes
4 Enter the hole interval , and press the key. Make the entry based on the input units
(mm (inch)) and minimum input resolution.
Execution
1 Move to the start position, and then press the key to execute.
Position of No. 1 hole
• “0” which indicates (the starting position) is displayed.
• When you press the key, the next hole position (No. 2) is displayed.
• Move the machine to display “0”.
• When the machine moves to the final hole position and you press the key, “ ” is displayed and
operation is completed.
