4 DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM
Unpacking/Check-list
Check all system parts within 24 hours from receipt and inform your local Milestone representative
in case of any discrepancies.
Check carefully the unit in case of damages in transport. Damaged units may not be installed nor
operated. Damages must immediately be communicated in writing.
Store the box and packing material in a safe place. In case of return for repair after long use the unit
shall only be shipped back to the manufacturer in its original packing and secured with packing bands.
Improperly packed units can be severely damaged during transport.

Before switching the unit on (when coming from a storage area), allow the instrument to reach
environment operating conditions (at least 30 minutes).
