Set the pressure regulator of compressed air at 3-
6,5bar
Plug-in the control cable to the automatic gas
loading module and to the ultraWAVE 3.
The installation of the Pneumatic booster is
completed
Setup of the pneumatic booster
• Set on the Pressure regulator of Nitrogen and Argon gas line at 4 - 10 bar.
• Set on pressure regulator of Air compressor 3-6,5 bar
Check that no gas leakage occurs between gas cylinder and valve. This to prevent waste of
gas.
After the run and pressure release, the pneumatic booster, purges some gas from cylinder (12 - 15 seconds)
to remove residual fumes from the reactor.
The Pneumatic booster function must be set in the software. To do this, you need to contact
your Milestone service engineer
