Close the clamp on the cover with the locking screw
At the end of the guided session the safety pin rises
to block the clamps before to load the pressure
Pressure load before the microwave run
The initial pressure is 40 bar, but this value may be different for some applications. For more details,
contact a Milestone application specialist.
Follow the below steps to load the gas into the reactor:
Open the high-pressure regulator to load the correct
pressure:
• Direct connection: 40 bar
• Pneumatic booster: 4 – 10 bar
o Booster compressed air: 3 – 6,5 bar
• High pressure compressor: 5 – 6 bar
