Do not use any PTFE or sticking band for tightening
After each digestion run and pressure release, the internal valve of the ultraWAVE 3, purges some gas
from cylinder (12 - 15 seconds) to remove residual fumes from the reactor.
Pneumatic Booster (Optional)
The Pneumatic booster allows to load the pressure in the reactor in case the gas line inlet is lower than
50 bar.
Therefore, this configuration is useful for all laboratories that do not have the possibility of keeping a
cylinder near the instrument, or laboratories that do not have a high-pressure line (at least 50 bar)
available to which they can connect the instrument directly or with the automatic gas loading module.
Pneumatic booster can be connected to a gas cylinder or a Nitrogen generator unit.
