The hoses for cooling water inlet and outlet of the water chiller are connected to the back panel of the
ultraWAVE 3.

Cooling water circulation is automatically controlled by the software.
It is possible to set a temperature limit for vessel cooling (vessel external wall temperature (T2)). If such
limit (usually of 40°C) is exceeded, the cooling automatically starts.
During the run, the recirculation water chiller temperature shall be set between 5°C and 15°C.
The chiller flow rate shall be set at minimum 5,1 L/min.
Chiller pressure can be set-up at maximum 4 bar. Milestone recommended pressure is 2 bar.
Maximum length of the tubes must be less than 5 Mt.
Recirculation water chiller installation
Connect the cooling water OUTLET of the
recirculation water chiller to the cooling water
inlet (IN) of the ultraWAVE 3.
Connect the cooling water INLET of the
recirculation water chiller with the cooling water
outlet (OUT) of the ultraWAVE 3
