There are two additional login levels that cannot be modified by the Administrator.

General Description
Access level
Service
This access is only for the
Milestone Service Engineer.
It gives access to the sensor
calibration and others technical
feature of the unit.
High
Supervisor
This access is for Milestone
Producer for software optimization
(engineering, updates, etc.).

Create a new ID user profile
New ID profiles can be created by the Manager and Administrator accounts.
Each user must have one single ID profile and each ID profile has to be associated to no more than one
person.
It’s responsibility of the user (with a Manager or Administrator accounts) to guarantee the uniqueness of
each account to every single person.
