Remove the PTFE vessel from the stainless steel
reactor.
To easily remove the vessel, press and hold this icon
(present in the System window) so that it is
automatically pushed upwards:
Add the base load in the PTFE vessel.
The suggested base load for all racks is:
150 mL of water and 5 mL of HNO3 conc.
The base load volume is independent of the number of
vials used.
There are some applications where the base load
might be different. Please ask to the Milestone
application specialist for more information.
Small residues of liquid outside the PTFE vessel could
cause local overheating and consequent damages to
the PTFE parts. Clean and dry the external surface of
the PTFE vessel.
