This time, the Error code field has the numerical value describing the error
generated, among those listed below.

Error description
01 The operation cannot be executed because the command is
received in a mode other than Measurement mode.
02 Zero set error
10 Parity error
11 Stop bit detection error
12 Read error
13 An error occurs in the data after the command number.
14 The specified command number does not exist.
