F.5 Output Operation in Hold Mode
You can set whether any of the following three hold targets should be held using function F-18.

Output of load via optional device (voltage output card, current output card, BCD card, serial
interface card, or CC-Link card)
In case a current output card is used, the output takes the following styles in the hold condition
depending on the settings: execution/non-execution of hold determined by function F-18 and output
targets established by C functions CF-30, CF-33, CF-36, and CF-39.

Whether the comparator’s comparison result set to the second digit of F-18 is held will not affect the

For settings for hold targets, see Section 7.9, "Setting hold targets".
F.6 Checking on Problems
If an unexpected operation occurs during the use of a current output card, verify phenomena and
check-outs listed in the table below to take proper action.
Phenomenon Check-out
Current is not output
correctly.
Check whether the analog output cable is plugged in correctly.
Check whether the load resistance is within the allowable range.
Check whether the C function for the current output is correctly set.
