3.6 Fine adjustment
Even after calibration, an error may be generated between actual and measured weights due to the
change in the environment in which the CSD-709 is used. In such a case, fine adjustment should be
implemented for zero point and span. Described below are the fine adjustment procedures.
CAUTION
Before fine adjustment, check the calibration number to be used. For the verification
method of the calibration number, see Section 3.2, "Changing the calibration
number".
POINT
You can implement only zero point fine adjustment or span fine adjustment. For example, when it
is necessary to only fine-adjust the span with the fine adjustment of zero point omitted, press
or in CADJ mode to change the display from to . When it is
necessary to complete the work without implementing the fine adjustment of span after the fine
adjustment of zero point, press or with displayed to display
and press .
