5 Settings Related to Detection
75
5.3 Detection result judgment and waveform comparison
The detection result judgment feature allows you to check that the peak in the detecting section is in
a range from the upper limit set to P function P-51 to the lower limit set to P-52. Also, the waveform
comparison feature allows you to check that the total value (track) from the start to end of
measurement is in a range from the upper limit set to P-51 to the lower limit set to P-52 at the end of
the detecting section or the completion of multimode.
CAUTION
The comparison of waveforms can only be executed on the CSD-709-91 equipped
with an optional memory card.
5.3.1
Detection result judgment [P-50], [P-51], [P-52]
The detection result judgment feature can be used in the following sections.
Entire section
Specified section
Time-specified section
Automatic start time-specified section
To execute the detection result judgment, set [1] (Detection result judgment) to P function P-50 and
the upper and lower limits of judgment to P-51 and P-52, respectively. The result of the detection
result judgment is obtained in the form of external control output by setting any of the following
numerical values to F-70 to F-75.
Numerical value Function
07
Shows the result of the detection result judgment is acceptable.
08
Shows the result of the detection result judgment is not acceptable.
09
Shows whether the result of the detection result judgment exceeds the upper limit.
For settings related to the external control output, see Section 8.2, "External control output signal".
When the detection is actually initiated, external control outputs to which [07] to [09] are set are
turned off between the start and end of the detecting section. When the detection is completed,
results are output from those external control outputs to which [07] to [09] are set. In the following
example, the result does not deviate from both the upper and lower limits and thus only the external
control output to which [07] is set will be turned on after the detection.
