B.1 Warranty
The warranty for this product is valid for a period of one year from the date of delivery. For repair and
after-sale service during the warranty period, contact your sales representative or dealer.
B.2 Repairs
Before requesting repair of your CSD-709, see Section 9.2, "Troubleshooting" to confirm you have
properly conducted connections, settings, and adjustments. Particularly, check wires of the
strain-gage-based transducer for disconnections or breaks.
When it can be judged from the result of check-outs that the CSD-709 is in faulty condition, request a
repair from your sales representative or dealer.
When returning the equipment to us, always put it into an antistatic bag and make sure that the
equipment will not be subject to impact during transportation.
B.3 Component Service Lives
Components used in the module have finite service lives. Service life will vary depending on
operating methods and environmental conditions. Guidelines on service life are as shown below.
