H.4 Checking on Problems
If an unexpected operation occurs during the use of an RS-232C card, verify the phenomena and
check-outs listed in the table below to take proper action.

Check whether the RS-232C cable is plugged in correctly.
Check the settings for the communication interface.
Check whether the command number and data are correctly
The flow control is enabled on the host PC.
