Described below are the calibration procedures when the Modbus protocol is used.
J.4.1 Calibration based on actual load
1. Set [9] to address 56833 (Operating modes) to enter Calibration mode.
POINT
When [0] is set to address 56833, you can terminate calibration. In this case, all settings
established beforehand will be abandoned.
2. Set the calibration number to address 53249.
3. Set the unit weight to address 56835 ~ 56836.
4. Set the measuring weight to address 56837 ~ 56838.
5. Set the weight mass to address 56839 ~ 56840.
6. Set [1] to address 56846 (Actual load based calibration - Registration of zero point).
7. Refer to address 56845 (Actual load based calibration - Under AD reading) to check the setting
is [0].
8. Set [1] to address 56847 (Actual load based calibration - Registration of span point).
9. Refer to address 56845 (Actual load based calibration - Under AD reading) to check the setting
is [0].
10. Set [1] to address 56848 (Calibration complete).
