8 Settings Related to Output Control

8.2 External control output signal
The CSD-709 can provide up to six contact outputs to external devices. You can assign the following
functions to these contact outputs:
Show that the hold mode is active.
Show that the [PEAK] LED is turned on.
Show that the [MEAS.] LED is turned on.
Show that the [END] LED is turned on.
Show that multimode is active.
Show that measurement is underway in multimode.
Show that the results of waveform comparison and detection result judgment are acceptable.
Show that the results of waveform comparison and detection result judgment are unacceptable.
Show that the result of the detection result judgment exceeds the upper limit.
Show that the open collector of S0 is turned on in the comparator.
Show that the open collector of S1 is turned on in the comparator.
Show that the open collector of S2 is turned on in the comparator.
Show that an error occurred.
Show that an overload occurred.
Show that the zero set was executed.
Use the level output to show that measurement is underway.
Use the toggle output having a period of 500 ms to show that measurement is underway.
These functions can be set to functions F-70 to F-75 as operations of OUTPUT1 to OUTPUT6,
respectively. You can also set the output logic of these operations to functions F-82 and F-83.
Described below are the external control output setting procedures.
For the wiring for the external control output, see Section 2.2.3, "Plugging in the external control
input/output connector".
For more information on functions available in external control output, see the descriptions in the sections
listed below.
