ANDLING CALLS TRANSFERRING CALLS
To cancel the transfer you can either press the Cancelsoftkey on the display screen, press or
hang up the handset.
4. Complete either a blind or consultative transfer:
a. To complete a blind transfer, press the Xfersoftkey key again before the receiving end answers.
b. To complete a consultative transfer, press Dial and remain on the line to speak with the Party 2,
before either pressing the Xfersoftkey,
key, or hanging up the handset to transfer Party 1 to Party 2.
Transferring an Existing Call to Another Existing Call
1. Ensure you are on an active call with the party you wish to transfer (the transfer recipient should be
placed on hold).
NOTE: Direct transferring can be performed in either the Multi-View Call screen or Detailed View
Call screen.
2. Press the up and down navigation keys to highlight the party to whom you wish to transfer the active
call.
