Item Definition/Range
REM1000 IP
Address
Shows the target REM1000 IP address. Only displays and becomes editable when
REM1000 Enet Connection is set to Common.
Values: Singlecast IP address
Caution: You cannot change this setting when the backup port is active.
REM1000
Network IP
Shows the target REM1000 Network IP.
Only displays and becomes editable when REM1000 Enet Connection is set to Direct.
Range: 1 – 126
The Default is 51.
Caution: You cannot change this setting when the backup port is active.
Rx/Tx UDP
Port
UDP Port that is used for QAM RF Redundancy communication between the APEX and
the REM. UDP port 6060 is the REM/APEX communication port.
• Direct Connect – The APEX sends/receives broadcast on this UDP Port.
• Common Connect – The APEX sends/receives singlecast on this UDP Port. If in use
for another purpose, you must free UDP port 6060 before enabling common mode.
REM1000
APEX ID
Identifies the set of RF inputs on the REM1000 associated with this APEX.
