Broadcast
MediaCipher encryption is based on Broadcast Encryption.
Note: Only available when the operating mode is Manual Routing.
SimulCrypt Mode Options
Option Description
Disabled
SimulCrypt is not performed.
Enabled
SimulCrypt is performed; connection with an EIS or utilization of Internal EIS is expected to
define and schedule scrambling of services.
Note: Only applicable in Manual Routing and UDP Port Mapping operating modes.
