The figure below is a summary illustration of menu selections 4 through 5:
User Console Root Menu
From the User Console Root Menu, you can access:
• Show Enet1 Parameters — A quick access display for the APEX1000 MAC address
and ENET1 parameters (IP, Subnet Mask, and Gateway addresses).
• Enet1 IP Setup (Fixed Config) — Provides access to the fixed IP configuration
Setup Menu.
• Enet1 IP Setup (via boot protocols) — Provides access to the dynamic IP
configuration Setup Menu.
• Destructive Purge — Provides access to the destructive purge submenu.
Entering this menu is not recommended, as it is not necessary for configuration
(under normal circumstances). It is only provided for extreme circumstances where
normal configuration fails due to unrecoverable errors.
