Incoming calls are answered according to this setting
regardless of the number of rings chosen in the User
Settings.

When enabled, the machine is able to auto answer
an incoming ring with an off time of 120 - 60 ms.

Allows the machine to respond to an incoming ring
if the ring on time is longer than two seconds.
